Balbir Kaur
A journey of resilience, self-reliance and empowerment, built on entrepreneurial determination and a commitment to helping other women succeed.
Born in Jamshedpur, Balbir Kaur grew up in a large family. Following the untimely loss of her father, financial difficulties interrupted her formal education. Rather than allowing adversity to define her future, she chose to build a path towards independence through hard work and enterprise.
She began her professional journey as a beautician and went on to establish and successfully operate her own beauty parlour. Through determination and practical business skills, she developed an independent venture while navigating the challenges of everyday life.
Her commitment extended beyond her own success. She trained women in her community, often providing training free of charge to those who could not afford it. By sharing practical skills, she helped women explore opportunities for financial independence.
Today, Balbir brings her entrepreneurial experience, adaptability and people-focused approach to her leadership role at Jharkon, continuing a journey shaped by perseverance and a desire to uplift others.
